Download it from AVA:
1. Click on "Download Autodesk products". A new tab/window will open in your browser
2. Type in "AutoCAD 2020"
3. Select "I have an existing license"
4. Select "Multiple computers"
5. Select "Continue within AVA"
6. Select your language and OS version and click "Download"
Or use the Browser Download method in your Autodesk account.

Why offline?
If you mean broswer download then no problem but an internet connection is required for activation so once you're offline you have 30 days until your license needs resyncing.

That's a pretty empty screen. Is there some firewall blocking-action going on?

it's all working just fine here right now (N. America), screenshot is from Chrome but also the same in Edge an FireFox in a quick test
Do you have an IT person that can assist with your access? Perhaps you installed an aggressive firewall or something similar.

I've tried with 3 different browsers and its always the same. It should be noted that i can get to where you are if i browse manually, im just talking about when we click on the links that are often provided. naturally, given you work at AutoDESK your firewallall is going to be setup to accommodate your own website which is fine but its not a good yard stick with comparison to the rest of us. ie if chrome, safari and edge are all blocking this link on their default settings, it's really something that needs to change at your end not the browsers/users end.
