I CAN´T USE AUTOCAD: EDU LICENSE ERROR

Good evening, I have been trying to use Autocad for a couple of days but this is not possible due to a problem with the license, as mentioned by the software, when I log into the software I get that I have an expired license, then when I click on restart access and I log into the autodesk online page, it appears that I still have a license until December 2022.
It is not an internet problem, so I don't know what the problem is. I have attached some images to show the error.

I am sorry to hear that, I have listed some steps you can take to try and resolve this. It maybe due to old cached logins for example. 

1. Restart your computer
2. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall, VPN & UAC on your Windows operating system
3. In the setting section of your browser, disable pop-up blockers and allow access to all "autodesk.com" sites (other sites may include)
4. In the History section of your browser, "Clear browsing data" delete cookies, cache, and history
5. Verify that the browser is updated
6. Close and reopen the browser
7. Close any instance of the Autodesk application
8. Reset local login cache for Autodesk desktop software.
9. Check to see if the version used requires the latest TLS update, see Transport Layer Security (TLS): Updates Required to Maintain Software Access.
10. Restart your Autodesk application & sign-in
