Good evening, I have been trying to use Autocad for a couple of days but this is not possible due to a problem with the license, as mentioned by the software, when I log into the software I get that I have an expired license, then when I click on restart access and I log into the autodesk online page, it appears that I still have a license until December 2022.
It is not an internet problem, so I don't know what the problem is. I have attached some images to show the error.

I am sorry to hear that, I have listed some steps you can take to try and resolve this. It maybe due to old cached logins for example.
