Error 1603 When Installing TrueView

Hi, I am receiving a 1603 error when installing TrueView or any other application from the website. We are set up on floating licences if this is relevant, but I am logged in and there are licenses available.

 

I am trying to export PDFs automatically from Vault on document state change, and apparently need the same version of TrueView as my Vault installation (2023) though there is nowhere to download this version of TrueView.

1603 can be caused by a lot of things

if you the vault 2023 client download files you can use this to install dwg trueview

its located here: VPC2023_ENU_64bit_dlm\x64\dwgviewr

Post the log file from the DWG TrueView installation here, that we can take a look.
