having got to the end of the install process the screen still says I have 30 days of trial left even tho Ive downloaded a 3yr free student licence. then machine asks for Product key and serial no. which has been sent to me which I do but doesn't accept them
Are you using copy/paste or typing in the info? typing it works, cpy/paste can ad a blank space which fails. Did you download the correct year-version of the software? Did you grab the correct software in the first place?
