3dmax 2017 Will not launch

3d max ı browser download şeklinde indirdim fakat açılmadı hata verdi. ne yapmam lazım? 3 yıllık örenci sürümünden faydalanmak istiyorum.

Merhaba, lütfen Max 2017'i indirmek için bağlantıları bulmak için 'Sanal Aracı'nı kullanın. Tarayıcı indirme yöntemi asla düzgün şekilde çalışmaz.

I downloaded 3d max as a browser download but it did not open. what should I do? I want to take advantage of the 3 year student version.

I have translated your post to provide more support to you, this is mostly a English forum. I understand you belive you have successfully installed 3Ds Max and the product will not open/launch. 

 

  • Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver go to the manufacturer's website
  • Operating System has the latest updates
  • Update your product with the latest service pack or Hotfixes by visiting the Autodesk website or account
  • In Windows Explorer, delete the contents of your Windows Temp folder, but do not delete the Windows Temp folder itself. You can locate the Temp folder by entering %TEMP% in the Search bar of Windows Start
  • Temporarily disable antivirus & firewall, use End Task feature to end the anti-virus software that could be running in the background
  • If the above does not resolve the issue then continue with a Clean Uninstall of the product and downloaded via Autodesk Virtual Agent and install the product again
