Hi,

i've changed my computer, from a mac i have buyed a Windows PC. I have a student version for Mac but now i need to have one for Windows.

How can i do?

download it from your student account and install it 😉

What does not work when you go that way?

Congrats on switching to the better platform. 

 

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
