problems with installation

Good afternoon, could someone help me with an error that occurs to me when I now want to install Autocad 2024. It tells me "Insert th" to save in the web version and for mobile devices of Autodesk 'Disk and click Ok.
If I click Ok it gives me an error.

How are you installing the AutoCAD?    Autodesk Access or from a download?

can you please use the Autodesk Log collection tool and make the zip file available here?

Or send med a private message where to download. 

With that logs, I can check for the problem of your installation.
