not installing

Hi

i have a problem installing autocad 2016 to my laptop

after downloading , i click open...

it did extract the files...

but it stop at the screen whereby it say setup initialization..

it been initializing for the past 10 plus mins.. i wonder why...

pls advise..

You can try using Autodesk Virtual Agent in order to download and install AutoCAD 2016.

Did you downloaded full AutoCAD installation package as I've proposed above (using Autodesk Virtual Agent) ?

If you do not do what I suggest - I can not help you.

It is universal version:

1. without Serial number and Product Key - it will be trial.

2. with educational Serial Number and Product Key - it will be educational version

3. with commercial Serial Number and Product Key - it will be commercial version

Please let us know if this issue has been resolved by using the Autodesk Virtual Agent and locating your Serial Number and Product key through your Autodesk Account.
