missing files with the Code Execution

when launch Revit or AutoCAD MEP, the following error message appears: "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll or VCRUNTIME140.dll are not found, Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

The installation software does not allow reinstalling once the program is installed.  Cannot uninstall the software from window app; select Uninstall, nothing happened.

What cause the missing files.  Is there repair program can re-path the execution code?
