Had installed AUTOCAD LT 2014 since purchased. LT had maintenance purchased to 2018. Computer died in W10 update. Program was not uninstalled hard drive wiped. Loaded 2018 update install activation did not complete. What needs to be done to activate?

Hard to tell by your posting but did you get 2018 installed and it failed activation or didnt install at all. But if activation failed what is the exact issue because there are numerous activation issues and we have no clue what you're faced with.
