Having problems while trying to install AutoCAD2019

Good day to all of you!

 

I am writing, because im having problems with the installation of this product. I downloaded the 32bit version of AutoCAD, and I installed it succesfuly, however, when I want to activate it with a serial number, my whole computer just shuts down (Blue Death in my native language). 

 

Maybe you guys could help me figure out, what may cause the problem. As long as I know, my computer should be able to handle this programm. (I already tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but nothing changed)

Need more details...

what is your OS? graphics card? does it meet the technical requirements for AutoCAD 2019?

Do you have any antivirus software? Have you installed all available updates (both for Windows and AutoCAD)?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

 

If you machine is blue screening then you have a windows operating system issue that needs to be corrected.   I would start looking at Windows Event logs for errors and warnings around the time this occurred.
