Sorry to hear about the issue. What is the error message you are receiving? Did you make sure to assign users access within your Autodesk Account?

They only email you (and list on the accounts download page) one single serial number for all four licenses: are you using something else perhaps? Or did you really buy REVIT LT four times with four different credit cards and four different account emails and people?

Hi @remickmo,

For 2014 and 2015, you need to apply the Poodle hotfix to establish an internet connection, as noted in this article.
