How do I remove Autodesk Genuine Service?

Other topics have said wait for two weeks for it to detect I have no other Autodesk software. I uninstalled all the software three months ago and I want this off my computer. It's weird I'd have to wait anyway. How do I delete this?

If for some reason you can't do this by the normal KB methods, you can surgically remove it from the registry or use HiJackThis to remove services on reboot.  Keep us posted if this is still a problem.
