error application 3ds Max

Hello,

 

I have 3ds Max (installation complete) on my laptop and when I want to open it I have the window but also a error application message "An error has occurred and the application will now close. Do you want to attempt to save a copy of the current scene?" and then all closed.

Can you help me?

What is your video card and driver? That is probably the most likely
reason for the crash.
