Deployment Creation Causing License Server Outage

Has anyone experienced network issues with users while building deployments?

 

What is happening is our users are working on Revit 2014 and 2015 during the day.  I am building deployments for BDSP 2016 at the same time.  About the times that I start the deployment, the users are experiencing what looks like a network outage for 20secs to 1 minute.  Sometimes Revit crashes but most of the time it doesn’t.  However they can still access the network via windows explorer and other programs.

Sounds like you need to upgrade your switches.  😄

 

I can't think of a reason why your deployment creation would cause any problems unless you have some serious local network issues going on that you need to address.
