Can't access to Class/lab licence

Hi everyone,

I work in a technical college in Chile, so i need to access to the lab licence in the Autodesk Education website.

When i enter in the site, it's there a "loop" that don't let go on. I tried to do it in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and it's the same thing, here's a short video that shows the situation:

Hi.

Same here in Brasil. It was working until two weeks ago. The page asked to revalidate license and after that this error started.

Did you find any solution?

Hola... Me pasa lo mismo, desde Diciembre que estoy intentando solucionar el problema, tu lo pudiste hacer? Trabajo en un Instituto de Concepción.
