Issues (re)installing Revit 2020.

I am having issues getting Revit 2020 (re)installed.

I've tried multiple methods ALL beginning with clean install ...per https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/2020-How...

Complete-a-Clean-Uninstall-of-Revit-products.html

I have made certain virus software has been disabled as well as turning User Account Control down to Never Notify.

Have also cleaned out %temp% folder.

... I've tried directly from our autodesk account... using "Install Now", "Download Now" as well as from a proven deployment that I've successfully used many times in the past. "    "Download Now" seems to hang at 13 or 22, @ Autodesk Revit 2020 install.  Files in %temp% cease to update.  The log files in %temp% folder do not seem to help finding any issue. But Task Manager still shows activity on the entries relating to the install.

Last try from our deployment hangs at "Generating script operations for action"... and log files do not change, or show any errors.

When I try Install Now direct from our account, everything seems to progress until the process closes out and showing "some were not installed"

I am logged into the computer as admin and launched the install with "Ran as administrator"

Ideas anyone?

Hey there, I was looking at the support link and it may require also checking to see if there are still any processes running associated with the AV even though its disabled.

"Note: Disabling anti-virus programs from the system tray may not be sufficient. Virus checking programs may block certain activities that are seen as suspicious (for example, accessing the registry, adding/removing/updating DLL files, and so on), even though these activities are common when installing or removing programs.
Several anti-virus programs can be disabled by right-clicking the taskbar icon and selecting Disable from the shortcut menu. For more information about disabling your anti-virus software, refer to the vendor of that software.

Important! It is important that you not only disable the anti-virus software but also use the End Task feature to end the anti-virus software."
