Black display with no objects showing

Hello,

 

I just downloaded AutoCAD 2019 and I am not seeing any display on any of the tabs. When  I draw a line, it shows the dimensions of the line, but there is no rendering of the line and my whole display is completely black. I also imported an .dxf file and had the same issue.

What would be the cause of this issue? Should I download a different version of AutoCAD?
