Adding/installing the Arduino Nano board to my library

I'm using Eagle 9.6.2 on a W10 PC and wish to add/install the Arduino.lbr library to my main Eagle library. My primary goal is to create a PCB that uses the Arduino Nano. I'm pretty certain the Arduino.lbr library contains the Nano.

The Arduino.lbr library file is my PC's download folder.

Please explain explain to this very Eagle newbie exactly how to install the Arduino.lbr into my main Eagle library. I have tried many procedures but none work. I am fairly PC savvy, but am completely lost here. E.g. some directions say to 'move' a file somewhere. How do I do that ?? Drag and drop? Paste somehow?

Lost but willing to learn

Hello @dennise43

Thank for posting. The process is not very intuitive, I have located the Blog on how to Install and Use Your Sparkfun and Adafruit Libraries in Autodesk EAGLE. If you have any issues, once the files are installed you can refer to the README file stored with the download package.

Thanks, but it I tried that and it doesn't work for me. Perhaps because I'm using Eagle 9.6.2.

The solution looks to be helpful, but it doesn't work for ...... maybe because I'm using Eagle 9.6.2 on Windows 10?
