When I open Model Builder, the mapping seems broken as shown in the picture attached. It appears this way for all mapping (satellite etc). A model can be created from this but it is difficult to determine the area while the map is broken. Anyone know of a solution?

I have never seen that before, so don't have an immediate solution.
Can you send the InfraWorks log files? Maybe there is something logged.
Looks like a display or coordinate system issue.

Karsten

Hi Seth,
I'll have to contact IT and ask them to delete the folders. I will come back to you when they have them deleted.

Worked perfectly Seth.
Is this something that should be done regularly?

it's the first time I heard/saw this issue.
The procedure is not something to be done on a regular base.

Ok.
Hi @Anonymous ,
thanks for the log file - I don't see any obvious error in the text.
Only thing is that you are using an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 adapter which could make problems with InfraWorks.
Can you first check if you have a second more powerful graphics adapter installed? If yes, set it up to be used with InfraWorks, instructions can be found here: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/How-to-force-your-laptop-to-Run-with-Graphics-Processor-vs-the-default-Integrated-Graphics-for-InfraWorks
Please also make sure that you have the latest graphics drivers installed.
Regards,
Karsten.

Eu só tenho o adaptador gráfico Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600. Fiz a atualização da placa de vídeo, mas o problema ainda continua.

Hi @Anonymous ,
do you have the chance to test another computer in the same network?

OK thanks. You mentioned you did these steps:
Did you ensure you closed InfraWorks before deleting the folders? They will not be regenerated if InfraWorks is still open.
Also, I would be curious to hear your answer to Karsten's question about another computer in the same network.

Reiniciei o computador, e fiz as etapas que você falou. O problema continua.
Ademais, instalei o Infraworks em outra máquina e na mesma rede, e o problema também ocorre nessa outra máquina. Acho que o problema deve ser na rede da empresa. Alguém sabe o que devo fazer?

Hi @Anonymous
Could you take a screen shot of what you are seeing so I can understand what you are dealing with?
Also, I would recommend signing out of InfraWorks and signing back in, then launching Model Builder again.
Thanks!
