When I open Model Builder, the mapping seems broken as shown in the picture attached. It appears this way for all mapping (satellite etc). A model can be created from this but it is difficult to determine the area while the map is broken. Anyone know of a solution?

Estou com o mesmo problema, quando vou gerar o modelo o mapa não aparece, fica com essa tela azul.
já fiz todas as etapas de excluir os arquivos e nada acontece, já desinstalei e instalei novamente, já fiz o logout e nada muda. alguém poderia me ajudar?
