Post processor for CTX alpha 300 control siemens 840d sl

I have the post processor "siemens mill-turn r42995" installed. It should be used for my Sinumerik (Siemens 840d sl) on a CNC CTX Alpha 300 (5-axis) machine.   But unfortunately the G-code output is not good enough.   The machine does not support some terms: e.g. M6; M8 or D0. Does anyone have an already adapted PP? Or can I help how I have to adapt the PP so that it runs without problems on my machine?   Show More

OKUMA OSP 7000L post processor

Hi,    Having and older OKUMA lathe I need a post processor for a OKUMA OSP 7000L. Where do I get this if possible. The only OKUMA post processor available trough Fusion 360 is too generic and I have to correct G-codes to the correct for the machine.   Regards Benjamin Show More

Need a functioning post for a Trak 1630RX with a 4 tool turret

I am looking for a post that will work for a Trak 1630RX that has a 4 post tool turret. Does anyone have a post that works for this machine? I am struggling to get the default downloadable post to work. Its creating an error on the machine that states PT4Input.exe has stopped working. It then gives me the option to close the program or check online for solutions. (this is on my console). It seems to me the file type the code creates should be a GCD file but I am getting a .CAM file when I post out my toolpath. Any suggestions?  Show More

Haas ST-10y Block Numbers, tool info

Would it be possible to add an option for "Block Number only on Tool Change" to the Haas ST-10y post? I have use your Haas Pre-NGC post for my mills and this feature has been very helpful in that post?   Would it be possible to add tool descriptions at the beginning of each block? Currently my workaround for that is to add tool descriptions to my notes and toggle my "show notes" to yes, but adding notes is often an extra step that wouldn't be necessary with this feature.   Thank you for your help. Post processor for Allen Bradley 8601 TC Control

We would like a post processor for this control, it is only a simple 2 axis (Z and X) plus additional turret (U and W) vertical so there may be many starter posts available, possibly making it a quick, easy task. We have all manuals available.   This is a 1980's vertical lathe machine and comes in at approx. 50 tons. With new generation coming into engineering, running these huge legacy machines off modern CAM systems would be a great opportunity. Show More
