Tool running above the part

This is my first time using Fusion 360 CAM, not sure what I'm doing wrong or if I have the model setup incorrectly, running the cam simulation it shows working correctly but when I actually run it in the Haas VF3, the tools are nearly 5in above the part.

 

Also when I set the origin to the top right corner the cam simulation still shows it working correctly but when I actually run it, it thinks the top right corner is 17.71in to the right. If I set the origin to the top left corner the X and Y movements are correct but still running above the part.

The program appears to be fine, aside from the stray % as shown in the pic  below:

However, it seems the WCS might not be correctly set on the machine.

Have you confirmed that the G154 P48 offset coordinates at the machine match the stock location you defined in the Setup tab within Fusion?

The WCS is set correctly and don't have this problem when I use the conversational programming at the controller on the mill, only having this problem when using Fusion.

 

I must have it setup incorrectly in Fusion somehow. I can post the file link for you to look at if needed.

Today its working correctly for some reason. No clue what happened.
