Post for Deckle Maho DMU 70 eVolution 5axis ??

Hi I have a 2 DMG machines with the Heidenhain TNC 426/430pb controllers.

DMU 70 evo  &  DMU 50 t ( this is a 3 cnc 2 manual axis but it still can use cycle 19 )   

I already have 2 good cam solutions but I am interested to try HSM form inside Solidworks as we design everything using SW.

Has anyone got a post they are willing to share.  Even if it needs tweaking I may be able to help with that as I have been 5 axis machining for 18 years now.

Any help will be appreciated.

Rob, I'm pretty sure there are posts for this.
The Post-team of Autodesk CAM, will help you.
Any tweaking I can help again.
Will probably be Monday or Tuesday, they will react on this.
But don't pin me down on this.

Hi Thanks for your reply.  As I have said at this time I only want to test the SW out so I am not in a rush.

Hello.

I have problem, mashine is DeckelMaho DMU 50v, B-axis table rotate under 45 degrees. Control is MillPlus v330, without G07 g-code.

Can You help me to solve this problem.

The generic Siemens 840 D should just run if you setup the machine configuration properly.
