Add Turning insert and holder based on codes

I would like to be able to build turning tools with the Code for the Insert and the Holder

What we can at the moment:

• Inventor HSM create a "general turning" insert
• Fusion creates a code based on the given geometry

What needs to be added using a code:

• Inventor HSM create insert for boring/grooving/threading
• Inventor HSM create holder with code (fe: SDJCR 1210 D07)
• HSMWorks create holder with code
• HSMWorks create insert with code
• Fusion360 create holder with code
• Fusion360 create insert with code
