Stuck in transfer from personal hub to team hub

You forced a transfer from personal hub to team hubs for two weeks ago and it says it is still processing the transfer. This means I can't save any files or move them manually to the Team hub space.

When you are logged into Fusion use your Team Autodesk ID, what do you see if you click on the indicated icon?  A screen capture would be nice.

There's the new team hub and my old personal hub. The new Team hub has 0 of my old designs. And if I log into my old personal hub I can't save or export any of the designs since they're stuck in transfer. This has been going on for 2 weeks.
