My Fusion teammate is getting an Issue where he is unable to access project folders in the Fusion Software. Please see screenshot for reference. However, nothing changes even after 48hrs into the problem. I have tried re-login, clear cache, restart, everything. His fusion version is 2.0.8609.
Also, the teammate with the problem was able to access the files until 2 days ago (apparently when there was an auto-update which problems start). Interestingly, the other teammates on same version of fusion are able to see the folders without any problem.
@eevidyut could your colleague please collect application logs for us to review? This may point us in the right direction.
Additionally, within that same Help menu is the option to clear Fusion 360's cache - this is also worth a try.
