@dhayes386 Did you ever apply for a education license using the same email ID?

@jan.hartmannFSSDE Is there an error when you are trying to sign in or does it bring you back to the login screen?

@jan.hartmannFSSDE Do you work on multiple machines or logged into Fusion on any other machine in the recent past? Can you you launch Fusion and while it is coming up hit CTRL + SHIFT and this should bring up the Fusion service utility. In there can you please run the gather system info and past the zip files generated here?

Hi,
So I made some progress.
I used an hotspot to login and bypass the Router. Funny thing is, it was working until yesterday fine on our network.
Now I have the Problem that Fusion is telling me that my subscription is not valid:
But online, I have a valid license:
It seems like my account was moved to some type of education account?
@jan.hartmannFSSDE Looks like we are still chasing the root cause. If you have not already, can you reset your router to see if that makes a difference? Logout of Fusion 360, close it and then reset the router.

Hi,
We just reset the router. It's the same problem, Fusion hangs at startup.
Kind regards
Jaan
I am having the same problem. I am not able to open Fusion 360. I am using Windows 11. After I try to launch Fusion 360, this is all I am able to do. It was working fine for a month. I tried turning off the internet then launching. It did not resolve the issue. Please link me to the solution
@rcobbjr Can you please try this :
Close Fusion 360,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Fusion360\ delete the entire Fusion 360 folder

I would also like to say that I just recently have had this issue where it loads into the canvas and freezes. I have tried all the suggestions listed above along with hours of reading other forums and "solutions."
Personal account, works just fine on my laptop. After attempting to open it on the desktop and then on the laptop it requires me to log out of the desktop through either suspension or force quit and then runs just fine on the laptop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as the solutions so far have not produces success
Exact same as mine. I bought a brand new computer with (sadly) Win 11. I created a hobby account to give this program a shot (I like 3d printing things). When I tried to log onto fusion it brings up the canvas screen but shows expired license at the top and fails to fully load. I have tried using my hotspot instead of my home router with no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I also logged onto a older desktop with win 10 and it works fine. Its really frustrating me. Anyone have any tips to try?
@handikram Can you please try the below?
1. Close Fusion and make sure that it is not running in task manager
2. Go to Add/remove programs
3. Autodesk Fusion - modify
4. This will launch the Fusion service utility
5. Run the reset Fusion from here
6. now launch Fusion again, it should ask you to login
7. now do you see the right entitlement?

@handikram Lets take another approach and no you do not need to return your machine. This should just work fine. there is some sync that is likely not happening.
0. Uninstall Fusion
1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\
3. On your desktop or where ever the Fusion short cut is please delete that too
4. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again? (make sure that 360 is not found in the installer name)
5. Now install again

I uninstalled, deleted folder and desktop link, and downloader app. Re-downloaded the installer. Reinstalled. Got the same failure. heavy sigh
@handikram Can you please do the below?
1. Login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login
2. Go to a design in a project and select open in desktop
What happens? Is it now syncing the proper license ?
