Texture mapping is off on fillet corners

There seems to be an issue with textures on fillet corners. The texture is rotate 90 degrees. The manual adjustment of all the separate faces is cumbersome plus doesn't always stick, meaning it sometime rotates back to the wrong alignment after resisting a part.

are you using the body-level texture controls (right click on the body):

This command applies texture mapping to the entire body, with several modes to choose from:

Seems like Box mode would be most appropriate to what I see of your design.

That's rarely a solution. It comes down to the fact that Fusion 360's texture mapping is just simply pretty crap.

You're never going to get your maps to look right with these clunky controls. But even for something as basic as wrapping a texture around half a cylinder to a flat plane Fusion can't even get right. Never mind OPs problem.
