Fusion online permanently frozen

I teach CAD using Fusion 360 online. I have a student who was working on a design and his screen froze. Every time he logs in online it pulls up the same frozen screen. This occurs across multiple computers, but if I open it on my desktop version it works fine. Unfortunately, our district requires students to use the browser version on their laptops.

I have few follow-up questions:

  • Is the student trying to log on to multiple machines at the same time on hitting this issue?
  • Does this happen even if the student tries log on the next day?
  • Is this issue narrowed down to only one student?

I'm not sure what fixed the issue, but the student came back and was able to get through. Life is funny... computers are funnier.
