Super Slow Performance, regardless of complexity of design.

I'm running a PC that should have no issue keeping up with fusion; however, even drawing simple shapes causes a lag of input. This is causing it to take forever to model anything. Any help is appreciated! I've posted the Graphics Diagnostic info below.  Thanks for any bits that can improve this for me.

Someone in another thread suggested setting the graphics driver to DX9 helped.

If that doesn't help could you make a screencast of what you're seeing?

no change after DX9... hope this screencast helps

**I'll work on getting a screencast that works on my lunch break** but just drawing a box, it takes 3 seconds between allowing me to draw lines

That doesn't look good! Only time I've seen something like that before was when someone deleted all their projects and designs from the cloud, have you got designs saved to the cloud?

Yes, all designs are uploaded to the cloud. No concerns there. Had a co-owner log in from his laptop and pull files and edit without issue. Definitely something on my PC. Nothing else on my PC is struggling. Games, Inkscape, etc... all fine.

Dug a bit deeper and found that Fusion was running in compatibility mode for Windows 8...not sure how/why that setting ever got enabled.....removed that, and boom!~It works again!.
