Re-pulling the recent update

Hi,

Is there a simple way of re-invoking  the recent Fusion update process?

... as a corruption/mishandling happened in the last one.

Regards

MichaelT

Open the Fusion Service Utility and run the Repair option.

Hi,

Thank you, Mr RajkumarIlanchelian and Mr JHackney1972,

for the solution which seems to be in the plain sight and also so straightforward ....

that I accepted it as the legit answer to my problem ... even before actually checking it.

Well, ... it seems that the issue is a little bit more sneaky.

Running the Service Utility once wit Repair option  resulted in:

The code execution cannot proceed because adp_core-6_1.dll, Qt65vg.dll, ....
was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

The Fusion and so the Service Utility could not run afterwards.

Installation from WEB was refused as the process recognized that I have the latest version already ... thus I ended up in the circular conundrum.

The log file generated by the first run of the Service Utility is attached.

Regards

@MichaelT_123 Ok, let run the below:

Close Fusion

  1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
  2. Go to Add/remove program and uninstall Fusion
  3. Go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ DELETE folder Autodesk\
  4. Delete the Fusion shortcut you use to launch Fusion
  5. Download the installer again
  6. Now install again

Please let me know if this solves the issue and it should solve the live update issue too.
