When i start "fusion" it opens a window where it says "login" and when i click on it nothing happens. i have tried all the solutions offered at https://www.autodesk.es/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/ESP/Sign-in-in-Fusi....
I even did a clean uninstall and it didn't work either.
My system is windows 10 with all updates on a pc with ryzen 7 5800x, rtx 3060, 32 gb ram and a m.2 1tb.
@faqq_galante Can you please share some information and also some log files per below?
1. Do you have other Autodesk products on this machine?
2. If you go into add/remove/ programs - Select Fusion - Modify - this will launch the service utility
3. Can you run the gather system info and attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip file here please?
4. Also in your registry if you go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options what are the folders you see in there?
