Steps to reproduce
When downloading there is a downloading problem.
Expected results
Solutio to this problem, for subsequent installation of the poduct on the computer.

@mb11_pgo Can you check to see if the installer package you downloaded has 360 in the name? If of can you delete that and redownload the install package?
