Nothing happens when opening F360 :(

Hello Everyone,

I am writing in here because I am completely desperate.

Unfortunately, since a few days nothing happens when I want to open F360. As soon as I click the .exe it just does not do anything.

I would claim that I have already tried everything imaginable.

I have done all the steps that are in this article:

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Nothing-happens-wh...

After that it still did not work and I wrote to the support. The first suggestion from them was to create a new admin user and reinstall there. Second idea was to run in compatibility mode. Both did not help.

Then I thought that the last option is to reinstall Windows. I did that. Did not help.

And to make matters worse, now I don't get a message from support.

Does anyone here have any ideas?

Thanks a lot

Jonathan

There are so many entries in the process monitor. Are these Screenshots helpful?

Yes, this is exactly what the process monitor does. Now there will be an option to roll this up as a log file and zip it and send.

Ah ok, it worked. I uploaded the file to wetransfer because it is 600 MB:

@joey.wulf95 Thank you for the logs. This may take a while for me to reply back as I do have to consult with our engineering team on what could be happening as they take a look at the logs. Will report back here.

The Problem was that my graphics card was not up to date... sometimes it can be so simple...

Thanks for your support!!!

Glad this is working now. Graphics card update was one of the first suggestions we had while this thread started. It’s always good to keep the graphics drivers up to date.
