Fusion 360 Activation

I have a Free Trial of Fusion 360 that has expired. I have purchased a subscription and have the Product ID & Serial Number. When I open Fusion there is no pop up screen showing me where I can register the software. How do I go about getting this registered and activated?

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for asking this in the Forum.

Your post got somehow into the German Forum.

Here is the link to the english one.

You just log into Fusion 360 with your Autodesk credentials.

To check your subscription status, you can just click on "Help" and "About"

Here you can see your entitlement.

I hope this helps.

Hi @visserCGWTG,

Thanks for sharing this.

Could you may share a screenshot and your email address that I can check your subscription status?

Thank you,

@Mike.Grau

People should not be sharing email address in a world wide user forum.  They should be private message you that info...  Smiley Wink   Anyhow my 2 cents..

Hello @Anonymous,

Welcome back to the forum. To try and resolve this issue in the meantime try following some of these steps:

Resetting and Changing Your Autodesk Account Password & Try to sign-in again

How to do an automatic clean uninstall for Autodesk Fusion 360

Using Adlogin.exe and Microsoft Network Monitor to troubleshoot Fusion 360 Sign-in issues

I will also move this over to the Fusion 360 forum for you to receive more feedback.

Thank you for posting. Smiley Happy

Thank for your reply,

It turned out that because someone else purchased the subscription Autodesk created a new account and assigned it to that one. The reseller reassigned moderatorship to my Autodeskaccount. I just found out I actively had to unassign Fusion 360 from the other account and assign it to mine. That explained why the "term expired" kept popping up.
I think I got it all covered now.
