You just log into Fusion 360 with your Autodesk credentials.
To check your subscription status, you can just click on "Help" and "About"
Here you can see your entitlement.

It turned out that because someone else purchased the subscription Autodesk created a new account and assigned it to that one. The reseller reassigned moderatorship to my Autodeskaccount. I just found out I actively had to unassign Fusion 360 from the other account and assign it to mine. That explained why the "term expired" kept popping up.
I think I got it all covered now.
