dimension command

personal use version. just reloaded to try and fix dimension problem. Here is what i get when i try to use dimension

There is no command dimension. Use ? to get help on available commands

It worked a few weeks ago when i was designing a part.

Dimension only works in sketches, 

Create or Edit Sketch.
