Hey guys, I'm currently designing a speaker and it has a black leather ring in the speaker. However, when I go to render in the cloud, the leather shows up as white rather than black. This doesn't occur however when I do an in-canvas render. Anyone got a fix for this? I've included images to show what's happening.
Thanks

Am also experiencing this issue. Black leather is showing as white when cloud rendered. File was a solidworks import if this makes a difference.
Is there any solution on this problem, I have exactly the same problem. Leather renders with White color always
November 2021… wasted credits on online rendering. Same problem: Black leather renders white.
I got around this issue by using the "Generic Leather" and editing the color to black. Hope this helps!
FYI. Recently, we logged a new defect(FUS-99359) to track this rendering issue.
