Cloud Render stuck in queue even after Clearing Cache

Hi,

I have had an issue over the last couple of days with my cloud rendering. 

it started with rendering the home angle only no matter what angle i set it too, and now it just goes into the queue and even after days its still there, i have tried clearing my cache and restarting and still the issue persists.

Does anyone have any recommendations ot solutions to this issue?
