Hi @NOURALDEEN
Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that you appear to be unable to save or export your Fusion designs.
Is this problem only occurring in one dataset? If you create a new file, are you allowed to save it?
The first suggestion I have is to manually create a recovery file and back it up somewhere on your system. The instructions to manually create and locate a locally saved recovery file are at this link.
It seems like you may be experiencing the same behavior as described on this thread, so I would like to have you try the process described below after manually creating the back-up file.
- With your model (the one that is unsaved) still open, create a new blank file (so there will now be two tabs open, the new blank model and the unsaved model).
- Then, go into your preferences (click your name in the top-right corner and then select Preferences). Make sure that "Automatic version on close" is UNCHECKED.
- Then, on the new file you created, (just make a simple box or something), hit the X on its tab. This will prompt the file to be saved.
- Save it, and now you should be able to go back and save your work normally on the other file.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you continue to experience problems - if you do, gather your diagnostic log files and attach them to this forum thread. I am happy to continue troubleshooting.
