I am trying to remedy a problem where a file recently saved on a different PC will not open on another. The error says
Product update required
Fusion can't open (file name) which was persisted by version 2.0.19204 with your current software version 2.0.18961.
Normally updates are automatic and no action is required by the user so I don't know how to manually update. I uninstalled then reinstalled Fusion expecting the very latest version would solve the problem. But the error message is shown above occurs even after reinstalling. It makes no sense to me.
It is only this particular file that I can't open. Earlier jobs can be opened on this particular machine.
