Bend Lines Missing From Flat Pattern When I Extrude (Cut) - Sheet Metal

Another sheet metal question, I have searched and searched even drawing a new part from from scratch.

I have a sheet metal part I want to plasma cut, a rack for angle grinders - a bit of workshop organisation.

I've had good success up till I make some tabs that you fold out to hold the cable of the grinder. The minute I use the extrude function to make a cut through the part, I lose the centre bend lines from my flat pattern. The Bend Extent lines remain.

Any help? I'll chuck a few screenshots in. Before and after making the cut through the part and refolding (leaving the sketch in place just deleting the extrude function.).

Using the standard fusion sheet metal rules, material thickness is 2.0mm and it is mild steel.
