Unable to Access My Autodesk Account Due to Forced 2FA on Student Account

I had not updated my student email, and came to login to my account and see that you all have forced 2FA on all accounts. We should have had a choice and not have it forced upon us. Giving us time to prepare or receive notice at minimum with confirmation of receipt. I, like so many others were not aware this was being done and now I can't access 2 years of hard work with my projects and files that I can no longer access. I do not have a way to access my files because I no longer have access to the email I originally had and now need to update it to the most current. But I can't get into my account to do so. I saw a previous post where you temporarily disabled 2FA for 7 days for another user. Could you PLEASE do this to the account I need to access so I can update my email, and 2FA settings. Adding the most current mobile number, and backup email. Please do this so I can login and make the updates needed and not lose the past few years of sweat and tears that I poured into these original designs and work.

I'm not sure if I ever put a backup email in but I assume it's [email protected] or @gmail.com
There must not be a mobile number as it did not offer the option for SMS during login. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE remove the 2FA temporarily or permanently even so I can get back in and update everything for my account. I would greatly appreciate this very much as I DO NOT want to lose everything I worked hard for. It's imperative I get access back to my files.
