Preview Error before going on Generate in Fusion

Hi All, I am trying to run a generative design on my model, after setting up the right geometries - Preserve, Obstacle and Starting shape with just a vertical load... however, when I press on preview it is failing with an error..can you pls help on it..

Hi @vijayakumar_pandi2YWLZ ,

Can you Attach prior designs that you have already completed in Autodesk Fusion?

• Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply

Do you mind sending up the complete log files?

• Help -> Support & Diagnostics ->Diagnostics log files. This will generate a zip file that you can upload. 

At this stage, I assume you are running Fusion but not able to live update to the newer version?

You can try removing the Obstacles and the Preview may succeed. If not, then remove the starting shape and recheck.

As Sujay mentioned, we'll be happy to take a closer look when we have the study setup.
