UI Text and Icons blurry on 4K Display (Still!)

I have just got a new Windows machine with 4K display. Fusion UI is blurry if scaled with Windows (150%). I have been through all the options within properties>compatibility>Change High DPI settings as well as toggling the hi DPI setting in the preview features but none of these seem to make a difference. Running at 100% scaling isn't an option as the UI is too small. Is there a fix for this? I see posts going back almost 4 years but haven't seen a reliable solution.

@james3PY4N you might find some relief with the High DPI Scaling option now available under our Preview options (the 3rd or 4th option) on the Windows client.

As a work in progress, icons do not yet scale, and there are occasionally few quirks with fractional scaling (e.g. .25, .50, .75) that aren't present when using whole integer scaling (e.g. 200%). At the least, it should improve rendering and clarity of text and canvas graphics, and we appreciate your feedback on any unexpected scaling quirks encountered while previewing this functionality.
