Surfaces ?

Hi , I made a kind of bowl, inside the wall there have to be placed a space for kind of seal. I made the seal, move into the wall and after I cut it out, I can't select the inner profile (which has to be modified), there is always a surface on top? I tried to delete , but I can't. Clearly visible in the section analysis.

I tried to upload this picture as well, it failed. This shows how one surface is blocking me to modify parts of the rings.

Hi,

the ring wasn´t in a correct position.

I used MOVE > point to point
