Students opening Fusion Web Browser Help

I have three classes of students using Fusion 360, roughly 30 in total. Some of my students have been able to open the Fusion web browser but most of them have issues loading the program. Some are getting kicked off with a Time Out error, some will get the browser to load to 100% but it will never open. Students with Macs, I have them try opening the web browser with Chrome and Safari. The time out issues seem to happen throughout the class. All of my students have educational access to Fusion, only a few have an assigned copy from me. I have gone to the IT department for the school and they determined that it tis not an internet access issue. It has been a significant set back in the class. I have been using the program with my classes for a few years now and this is the first time I have had this many issues. Is anyone else have the same issues? Have you figured out a solution? Anything helps at this point.

We are certainly not ignoring the thread nor the problem. This is impacting select customers and our work with AWS to address is high priority. We are hoping that later this evening we will have a new version of Fusion along with this issue addressed. Will certainly post back here with any updates.

Still getting the issue as the day progresses unfortunately. We gave it a shot Friday and had the same effect. Morning had luck getting in (like normal) and as the day progressed less and less were able to access. We are now having reports of the issue again at sites in the AM.

We had great results on Friday, students were able to get in and have plenty of time to work. Many said the loading time was even faster than it was last year. This was between 1:30-3:00 central time. We'll be using it again today through November so hopefully it stays fast.

@KhendricksonDJFWU Canyon please try to clear the browser cache and see if that helps?

We had some luck yesterday during class, today seems to be back to the same errors.

I had my students clear their browsing cache but still not much success. They are getting back into Fusion slowly and when they are in Fusion, they do not have access to their data panel. So they have no access to their drawings.

So we have been having issues getting past the Launch screen. 8-15 students out of 30 were spamming the LAUNCH FUSION button for 30 minutes and never got to the loading screen. If we get to the loading screen it has been good the last few days.

My students seem to be having the same issue again. Lots of them getting kicked out 20 minutes into use and 504 Gateway errors.

@rmalerbi Apologies for the late reply. There was a problem we have identified and addressed. This should not be an issue moving forward. Please confirm if you are still seeing the problem.

Good Afternoon,

While the situation seems to be improving my classrooms will still experience the same issue with several students (~25-30%) experiencing 504/502 Gateway Errors or Internal Server Errors.  The errors seem to be hardware and browser agnostic (Laptops, Chromebooks, and desktops are affected and as well as different browsers).

No, sorry this has not been resolved yet. Initially I thought it was the
hardware within our computer suite, but that has all since been upgraded
and we are still getting 'Gateway Timeout Errors' at your server end. This
is very frustrating since I have invested a lot of time with Fusion and the
students need to complete the CAD element in order to pass the course.

Since we use Chromebooks, I moved my class over to Onshape. So much easier
and convenient. Only drawback is no CAM but I can download from Onshape
with a STEP file and finish the CAM portion on my Fusion desktop. Also,
Onshape is very similar to Solid Works.
