Over constrained sketch glitch, cannot even recreate the EXACT same sketch dimension.

I have attached the .f3d file and a screenshot of my issue, I want to edit 1. and 2. sketch dimensions to 4.425mm and 0.6mm respectively but ignoring that, even when I simply try to delete 1. and 2. and recreate those two dimensions with the exact SAME value, it gives me the "Over-Constrained Sketch" error and asks me to create a driven dimension. Help.

If you remove the corrupt spline, the error is fixed.
